GREAT ATTITUDE

I was registering my father's Estate at the Master's Court in Pretoria. Needed a fax to be received from an Accountant in Johannesburg. Tried ABSA & Capitec but they could not assist as it was NOT company policy.
Dorothy, without any hesitation, assisted us. The details on the fax were incorrect so the Fax was received again. She would not take any payment for their services. Sincerely wish the OTHER BANKS could get their attitudes right.
