VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED

I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER WHO IS ALWAYS USING THE SERVICES OF SCHEDULED TRANSFER DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM UNDER DEBT REVIEW AND EVEN THOUGH MY CREDITORS KNOW OF THIS THEY WILL DEDUCT MY ACCOUNT. SO ON THE EVE OF MY SALARY GOING INTO MY ACCOUNT I WILL DO A SCHEDULED PAYMENT TO MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT. I TRIED TO DO THAT TODAY AND IT TELLS ME THAT I AM UNABLE TO DO THAT BECOZ OF THE NEWS RULES THAT YOU HAVE IMPLEMENTED. I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU PUBLISHED THIS ON YOUR NEWS TAB, BUT HOW MANY PEOPLE READ THE NEWS TAB ALL THE TIME, HOW MANY PEOPLE GO INTO ONLINE BANKING ALL THE TIME BECOZ MOST OF THE AVERAGE PERSON GOES ONTO ONLINE BANKING JUST BEFORE PAYDAY, ON PAYDAY! YOUR USUALLY SEND AN SMS OR EMAIL NOTIFICATION ABOUT CHANGES BUT NOTHING, ALL YOU DO IS PUT IT ON YOUR NEWS TAB, WHAT MUST I DO NOW WHEN MY MONEY WILL BE DEDUCTED BY THESE PEOPLE. I AM STRUGGLING TO MAKE ENDS MEET AS IT IS AND NOW I HAVE TO LIVE ON NOTHING FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH BECOZ YOU CHANGED THE RULES AND NEGLECTED TO TELL US THE WAY YOU USUALLY DO. YOU FORGOT THE SMALL PEOPLE, THE SMALL MONEY THAT MAKES YOU THE BANK THAT YOU ARE TODAY.
