20-06-2013 I husband was driver over the spikes and the guard pushed the button while my husband was driver over it and the spikes went into the 2 front tyres and damage the cover under the vehicle and now they will not help us with a loan vehicle to get home and to work, how can you treat a person like that, I am from east London don't not have family to relay on and they won't help at all. I am very upset as this is a new BMW only 3 months old!!!
