My CC bought a machine in May 2012, the statement received on the loan account reads as follows:
Client: Mr EJ 'MyCompanyname' CC
After three attempts and countless time on the phone I still don't have a statement addressed to
my CC name.
My business is not a Mr
My business does not have initials - even my own initials are not EJ!
I need this Schedule to hand in with my business tax filing.
When I phone NO managers are available to talk to, always on lunch or 'meetings'.
Does no one takes responsibility in this faceless banking system?
