I am desperate to sort out my finances. Scared of all the out there I went onto Old Mutuals site hoping for some help from a well known and supposedly reliable company. So the first day they ask me to send my company letterhead "to check if they are registered". When I told them my company has nothing to do with this I was told "This is how Old Mutual works" So I sent them the docs they asked for. Yesterday they called to confirm employment, then..nothing. Eventually I mailed asking for some kind of feedback. Phumzile called me and told me they can't help me because my company is not registered for consolidation loans. Why on Earth does my company have anything to do with this? This is a personal matter. I don't even want my company to know. No where under "My money plan" do you mention needing Company involvement. I am so disgusted and disappointed. It took a lot for me to even try and get help and that is all I get in return. You state on your site "Speak to us before you approach other lenders." What for? Pathetic service and false advertising. I thought you could help by your website but was wrongly informed.
