I cant get my statement???

Customer loyalty means nothing as they don't come back to regarding my complain & have had nothing but poor service from the beginning iv been paying the smart spent for more that 18 months now and I dint skip any payment there has been a debit order that is going through in my cheque account for long is now over due, I have reported this to the call centre but there is nothing that is happening this is not getting anywhere, they transfer me to many lines but still no help i did send a report before to helopeter and i got a respond from Tracey Sonickson that somebody will call me even today i dint got my statement from smart loan, Agh I've been on the phone for more than 3 hours daily and no one is helping me, I call and call and call, no help at all.(I phoned 18 consecutive times).just for my statement on smart loan as iv been paying this foreve
