MONEY NOT RETURNED TO MY CREDIT CARD

Good day,

I have emailed FNB credit card division 3 times about this problem and called twice. I received one call last week and was assured someone would contact me again to rectify the problem but no call back to date.

On 09.05.2013 an amount was reserved for purchase for a hotel reservation. This amount was not banked and should then have been returned to my credit card but to date has not been!

I need to know what is happening with this and why it has not been returned.
