Unhappy custome

My policy was cancelled in April 2013 without my knowledge while I was still waiting their feedback on my enquiry. When policy was reinstated I was told that I wont loose any benefits as it was not my fault for the policy to be cancelled but to my surprise benefits are not reinstated and no one can explain to me... each an every consultant is sending me from pillar to be post. My last conservation was with Mlondi with ref number 28540398152 and he made empty promises as other consultants did... what a service from such a big company...

I have been with discovery health for years now but I never get such a service and I am very disappointed. My phone bill account its way to high try resolve this but no luck. Each an every call I made I spent more that 35 minutes... I am unhappy and disappointed
