Excellent Service received!!

I just want to say thank you to, Michelle Carstens at Outsurance who
assisted me in changing my policy. We added a new vehicle and changed the
other vehicles main driver information. She really went out of her way to
assist us and responded quickly to any queries we had via email or
telephonically.
It was a pleasing experience to deal with someone who knows their
product and can give us advice on what to do.
It is hard to find good customer service these days and we did receive
excellent service from her.
