I had a burst pipe and needed to lodge a claim. I was however unsure of who was liable for repairs.

Daron arranged for two service providers go out to the premises to determine who was responsible for the repair of the burst pipe - council/owner. He managed to confirm that it was a burst pipe, had the service provider go out next day to assess and advised on best way forward.

I am very impressed with the calibre of service he provided, the courtesy, attention to detail, respect and efficiency with which he handled the claim. I am absolutely enthralled in dealing with persons of such high professional conduct. He certainly stands out for the AA. The efficiency and professionalism is the reason I remain with AA. Absolutely super service. Thumbs up to AA for retaining staff with such high standards.
