I am so disgusted at the level of service i received at the Kara Glen "service centre"! Your staff members namely Beauty and Bridgette have removed all deposit slips from the counters and are keeping them at the reception! in order for you to get a deposit slip, you need to answer a string of questions (asked by Beauty). Is the bank concerned with helping customers or more about their MIGRATION figures??? because evidently all you guys care about is your figures and not what the customers need! There was also a customer complaint book which had no pages, whats the use in keeping it there? When asked for a complaint page, Bridgette returned and placed queue reception pages in there. i mean now really, are you guys suppose to be first for service that STINKS so badly. This is terrible service and not to forget the motive behind it is pathetic. We pay for a service so let us choose which way we want to bank! Maybe your'll should worry about customer satisfaction instead of your SALES and MIGRATION figures because this is all your staff seem to be driving. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO CHANGE MY BANK AFTER -14YRS OF BEING WITH YOUR'LL AND NOW MY NEEDS ARE NO LONGER YOUR INTERESTS...
