I've been trying to get a settlement amount from Standard Bank, because I am selling my boat, I don't seem to get it, I've been told to send an email requesting that, have done it twice already, but I don't seem to get a response, please note If I don't receive it within 24hrs I will contact the National Credit Regulator and the Ombudsman for assistance because this can potentially mean I will be losing the sale and this won't be the first time, 2 years ago I requested a settlement, never received it, I eventually lost the sale. What you don't seem to understand the money is ready to be paid over, but cant do that because I need an amount.
