Upon having to check my monthly debit orders, i came to realise that my vehicle finance premium for the month of May was more than it was supposed to be. I have been trying to contact Absa vehicle finance since the 30th May 2013 who keep referring me to AIP services- a division of Absa but to no avail. I am unable to contact a consultant in that division, no consultant has even contacted me to assist me. I have however been requested to mail [Email Removed] and that attempt as well provided futile.
I have been told by a consultant that my monthly premium was increased because i did not provide proof of insurance however that is absolutely ridiculous, i have not been previously contacted in any way by an AVAF consultant to advise me of this and even after having attempted calling the division no consultant has been in touch to provide feedback. This is by far the worst customer service i have ever received. It's inefficient and pathetic for a financial institute to be so laid back and nonchalant towards it's customers.
