I applied for 32day notice account. A consultant contacted me to verify my details and said everything is sorted and she wil link my cheque account to the 32day notice account. This was never done. I've sent a mail to the information email on the internet banking and after 2 days they said I should send a secure message via internet bbanking to link my two accounts. A message appears stating a consultant will contact me in 24 hours. I am still waiting. Do not know why Standard Bank puts a message like that if the consultant never phones. What's the use. Of internet banking when it can't be used to make one's life easie
