Dinky, you left a heart rending voicemail for me but no phone number or email address.
I received a call while driving an unknown number and could not understand the person who I was talking with clearly at all. I could not catch his name. After a few minutes the call dropped and he never called back.
The following morning I received a call from this same person. I explained that I COULD NOT hear him clearly and asked him to call me on a landline and gave him my number.
I am still waiting to have a conversation with him, so cannot understand how you can conclude that the matter is resolved.
This will only be resolved when OUTSURANCE stops BULLYING me. Your client rear ended my daughter (who had stopped). Your client did NOT exercise a safe following distance. It is up to OUTSURANCE to claim damages from the person that struck your client from the rear. You can clearly see that my daughter took the brunt of the force from your client's CLIO and that the damage to the Clio's rear was minimal compared to the front, which proves this.
Your reponse that Lancelot has finalised this matter is unfounded.
