I have life insurance with the afore mentioned and recently discovered I was being double debited.
Phikolwethu took ownership of my query and the matter was sorted out in less than 4 days opposed to the 7 day turn around time he communicated to me. this was my second attempt at trying to fix this and Phiko made it seemless. generally dealing with callcentre's are a nightmare for me, as no one seems to understand or know what or how to help you.
