Bad admin... Really frustrated

I settled my car approximately 5 years ago, and now in the process of selling it. For this I need the registration papers. I did the financing through MFC, and phoned them to send the papers 3 weeks ago. They subsequently informed me that they don't have my details on record, and asked if indeed they were the financing company. A week later they told me that only a supervisor could assist me as they merged with Nedbank. I gave them my details, and still waiting for their call. This week I phoned again. Same story. This time I stayed on the line, waiting for the supervisor. After 11 minutes from my cellphone, the call was ended. Phoned back & waited 9 minutes with no success. Today (Saturday) I phoned again. I had to supply vin and engine nbrs, and was assured that the team leader and supervisor was busy on another line and would get back to me immediately. Still nothing. Is this the sort of business they do with all their clients. In the meantime I can't sell my car. The buyer is frustrated and I just hope he will still buy the car. This is really bad. If you should fail to pay your monthly account, they are quick to point that out, with all your details on hand.
