I am currently very unhappy with the client service I have received from Cell Phone Sales Support - FNB

Applied for 2 Macro Sim Cards

- Incorrect Sim Card was sent - I received one Micro and one Normal Sim Card.
Spoke to Tumi, who then try to assisted.
I eventually had to speak to the Supervisor Vuyo who manage to resolve the matter but i had to go to a Vodacom outlet which i was unhappy about
I then requested the one sim card Sim Number: 3163532 to be cancelled on 02 May 2013.
I called Tumi on 29 May 2013 to ask why my account was debited? When i requested a cancellation?
My account was debited with 2 * R 99 per month.
Much more then this i cannot say as I am a client of FNB who has received excellent service over the years. This was just to much as it was more irritating then anything els to deal with the department responsible for after sales service.
I hope this matter can be resolved and I can be refunded
