I towed in my car to bosch hatfiel on my own expense on 16th may & advise them to contact motorite, it turned out they provided me with an incorrect policy number then later provided the correct one . thy then requested bosch to send them a report of whats faulty with the car and when they did motorite advised my car was still under factory warranty we must take it to bmw and it turned out that the car was not under factory warranty but under them. when they realised that they then asked me to get a key read printout wich i did then sent it to them. on receipt of the key read printout they advised that they will send an inspector on 24th may to assess the car to check what actually happened to the clutch, they sent their inspector yesterday 28 of May and today 29th May i called them again to get feedback they told me my claim was rejected because the clutch was damaged before 60 000km and they not going to pay for it because its suppose to last till 60 000 km. mind you my car has been at bosch since 16th may and ive been calling motorite everyday till today only to be told that my claim is rejected because the clutch wore out quickly!!! ARE THEY FOR REAL???!!!
