Every time one has to phone a call center it is always a drag because one has to thoroughly explain one's self to avoid misunderstanding especially with insurence related issues. They (call center agents) either speak too softly or are just down right rude. It is a breath of fresh air when a civilized person picks up on the other end and is not only nice but also helpful. I have had a great experience at Virging Money for my car Insurence, thank you!
