I am truly disappointed with service that I have received from both the Collections Call Center Team Leader, the way they provided me with information. I even requested the Team leader to ask one of the billing consultants to call me back to explain on why was my bill increased to R3993 as they say. My last months statement shows me that I was total due of R2268.24 and a payment of R550 also went through today of which makes this very inconvenience. He didn't forward me all the statement that I requested and was also rude whereby if I was working for ABL as I was disputing everything he was saying to me.
