Phumela Nkumbi, handled my access recovery and did such a great job in doing so. My access has been recently paid to me even though the accident took place almost eleven months ago. She continuosly kept me informed on progress and status from the time I started engaging with her which was a few weeks after the accident. I admire her effeciency, professionalism and joyous attitiude. She truly is a gem to her organisation.
