Activity on my cheque account

I joined FNB in August 2012 because of their security and safety features, but this has now failed myself and FNB as I received NO sms or email notifications of these transactions on my account as you would receive a notification when money is taken out of the account.

Since August 31, 2012 I have had money being form my account being paid to " Air Astana" to date a total of R6856.64 has been out of my account. The last transaction to this "Air Astana" was on May 16, 2013.

Please will FNB sort this out immediately. My reference number is Rk13052048928
