I have complained on 13/03/2013 about my account that was settled and still having an outstanding balance on the account. I have complained on hello peter before and the head office called me to tell me the issue has been solved on the account. it is now 21/05/2013 and Rcs is still phoning me to tell me that I owe them money. I feel that rcs is now starting to harass me and I will take further steps as it seems like not even head office is able to sort out this issue. Rcs is the most incompetent company that I have ever came across and regret it up to today that I have applied for an rcs card I would not recommend you to anyone and I will make it a mission to let everyone know how pathetic rcs is. I have even tried calling head office in cape town this morning but they are not even answering there phones. JUST SHOWS YOU WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE WORK FOR HEAD OFFICE
