UKash has NO contact details - paid for nothing

I recently bought 3 x R500 UKash vouchers through the Std Bank AUTOPAY on ukashonline [URL Removed]
The payments have been taken off my bank account but the vouchers have not been supplied by UKash.
They have a telephone No that is dead now for the past 3 days, the JHB tel no listed on the UK home page just rings off the hook, there is no email address listed for service.
There is an automated form which i filled in and an email was sent to me to acknowledge my complaint... Thats it!
useless, 3 days on and I have not heard a word back.
Seems like these buggers have just R1500 from me and there is nobody who is accountable.
Buy these vouchers at your own risk, you could just be kissing your money goodbye.
Very dissapointed with the complete lack of customer service, I feel like I have been swindled!
