I am so tired of this call centre staff and their attitudes, they rile a person up to the point where you actually start behaving as badly as they do and swear them which is not in my nature at all, she cannot even send a email so i can send a proof of payment that was made two weeks ago, her response is well ill put it as a refusal to pay, which is a lie, i have not refused to pay, i asked for a email of the correct details so i could email back.
no wonder they are a company that dosnt respond, they are absolute and have no excuse for the attitudes they have. they will even call you back over 15 times in an hour if you put the phone down, their website dosnt work correctly or anything.
