NO Managment responds?

I have been trying to sort out my discovery drive points for two weeks and have 9 reference number and call centre agents names, who i asked to speak to a TEAM LEADER, but they never seem to call you back. They are either in meeting and get promised that they will call back.

It seems that they are hiding.

Is anyone there???
