I have handed over a matter between Vodacom and myself asking for legal assistance its been over 2 yrs now still don't have my phone, all Im getting is comments from Mervyn Moddley saying there is nothing he can do to Vodacom if they don't wanna respond! Its been almost 3 yrs then really you still want customers if you cant keep the ones you have satisfied, I am a platinum member since 2008 this is basically the very 41st time I thought I can make good use of your service and this is what I get?
