Firstly it was left to me as the client to follow up on my claim that was put in on Monday.
Once the assessment on my vehicle was done, it was calculated that the value of the repair exceeds the amount by R1000.00 (which I offered to pay in) and in this case they would need to scrap the car... The damage to the vehicle was not major and the second party did not want to claim. The assessment returned with "re-gas of aircon" which was not affected at all? R170.00 for one number plate plus for labor (I'll stick it on for free thank you!)
After all Outsurance is all "song and dance" and will rather not bend backwards for their clients. Terrible service all in all!
