Continuing Stop Order & Outstanding Refund

Good Day

Thank you for your assistance last time.

My problem is the stop order is still continuing even though I have been promised that it will stop at the end
of March. What baffles me most is instead of sending a paid up letter to my employer as promised, they changed their name to One Law. I have been asking for a Refund for a month now to no avail.
