Your staff member should be taken on a customer service course and should communicate the right info to clients and should not make clients liable for the mistakes she makes. I am disgusted by the service i receive from iwyze. its not a complimentary service that im suppose to be getting its service ive paid for. Why should i pay for a mistake i did not make. learn to serve customers correctly. this is not the service i was promised when i took up the policy. The team leaders take forever to return your calls if ever you dont call them back. ive been waiting for my call for more than 7 days and my claim older than a month.
