Called the AA Insurance Cape Town division today and spoke to a gentleman called Shaeen. He really made my day by managing my request fast and efficiently with confidence. He has such a great attitude and telephone manner. I only wish that all other insurance companies could handle queries in such a manner. Thanks Shaeen. Great Attitude!!!
