Incompetent Staff

I recently updated my details from personal to business use and received a quotation that was cheaper if I took the Beame tracking unit. So I accepted this quote and got the Beame installed. However, the debit order that went through is for the previous premium and not been updated. I have no idea whether my car has been covered for business use now or what is going as I have been calling Liquid Capital so many times and kept getting transferred and eventually being told that someone will call me but no one has. This is extremely unaaceptable and I would like to complain to Regent that they should about the kind of company they are utilising to deal with their clients. Very incometent Staff. Very unahppy with the service I received.
