Over payment

Good day

i had a loan with moneystar and last month in march 25th i was supposed to pay my last installment which I did but they also took more money from my account. I have tried to get the matter sorted but it seems no one is available to assist me. the over payment was R387.00

i have sent countless emails to them in vain.

Please assist.
