Appalling service and claim process manipulation

Fire at my home in kitchen 11/4. Intelliclean onsite 12/4 used a phone camera to take pictures Commit to return the afternoon they didn't. Phoned Budget 13/4 informing them had cleaning company out to clean up Intelliclean arrived 17/4 no apology did not inspect the next day removed machine when we reminded them 26/4 used one day I asked report from Budget still waiting They advised they cover cost reported by Intelliclean Relationship with Intelliclean report as little to protect BUDGET not do a fair assessment. I asked about food damaged they advised is normal is not covered as first claimant I was fooled. Lounge collected 26/4 and promises of next day didn't happen returned 29/4. When wife requested other provider, BUDGET informed is their only service provider I was in contact with Vanessa who seldom replied to emails at first enquiry Promises by BUDGET reply within 24 hours on the 23/4 only replied when I made contact on 29/4 I must prove how products existed that was destroyed when the material was plastic and destroyed in a fire while a their service provider INTELLICLEAN used a cellphone camera to record damages My advice move your insurance and don't trust INTELLICLEAN
