I have purchased several rolls on and every time I have a problem with the roll on as it does not roll up or down.
I purchased from Clicks Stores and I had the same problem, I just purchased a new roll on from Spar Stores and still the same problem.
I absolutely Love the product and I do not want to stop using it, however it is rather difficult as I keep having the same problem.
