I have contacted GroupOn since 18 March RE refunding me on a service I paid for, although the supplier has closed down in the meantime.
I've received a link to show the update on my request, which does not provide any update., just more promotions.
My credit card details have changed in the meantime, therefore I urgently require steps to follow in order for GroupOn to refund me correctly.
Please can someone get back to me?
