No refund received... again

I posted on hello peter a month ago as hadnt received 2 refunds I had been promised. Was told it would be done into my account. Neither has been refunded, and another month has gone by. I dont want a response promising to look into it, and nothing gets done... I want confirmation that both refunds have been done. I dont think its reasonable to wait 3 months and have to constantly email and be ignored. Thank-you
