On the 4th February, I accidentally purchased two coupons instead of one, for a discount spa option. I immediately phoned Groupon and the assistant logged the error and notified me she would pass it to refunds. I received a confirmation the same day from Ms Sampson. Subsequent checks of the link given in this email on the 14th, 15th, 28th Feb and 1st March have elicited only form responses indicating that the matter is being dealt with. I would like to warn all Groupon members to be ultra careful in using their online payment methods as they are apparently very slow to issue refunds.
