About a week ago I submitted a complaint on HelloPeter for the shocking service I've received at Groupon with my order dating back to January 2013. But I really want to give credit where credit's due and I'm happy to say that on the day that I requested my refund, it was paid back to me. I had to wait a few days, but I'm happy to report that while I still would have preferred the product I ordered, I was very happy to receive my refund as I honestly thought I was going to lose the R199. Thanks Groupon! :-) I still don't think I will order via Groupon again, but I'm glad this had a happy ending.
