I had the most amazing service from Groupon, I had placed an order on the 27th Feb and received the goods on the morning of the 06th March - it took approximately 5 working days to deliver even though it says in their terms and conditions that once the deal had been redeemed a customer should allow up to four weeks for delivery.
I'm totally amazed about the level of service that they provided me, it was my first experience and certainly not the last one.
