Getting a refund out of Groupon is like having a tooth extraction without an injection. [I have experienced this on two very separate occasions.]
Emails just go into a black hole. Not enough staff, basically.
My advice: Don't waste your time emailing Groupon.
"We are currently experiencing an abnormally high number of emails... blah blah"... Really? Truthfully?
