I once again reported the damaged bamboo boards that I received and only got a computer generated response.
I received my stock after numerous complaints - The bamboo board were only packed in courier plastic bags - No bubble wrap or wrapping to ensure it doesn't damage.
4 of the 8 is damaged. I requested a replacement but no response. It is another 10 days later and after my latest online request I once again turn to Hallopeter to help.
