After purchasing a deal for accommodation and then wanting to make our booking, we were advised that the voucher was not valid.
After numerous emails and dealing with 3 different people (Nerice, Chi-Chi and now Cheryl) who all claim that our account has been credit but nothing refelcting. This has been going on since the 15 January and is totally unacceptable.
The contact centre number does not exist and no one has contacted us.
I use to purchase a lot of deals from Groupon but now I am now very disappointed and frustrated!!!
Can Groupon please just refund our money as we have requested!!!
