I'm disgusted at the service i'm getting from your help desk. i ordered a massage cushion and it was supposed to be delivered in december already but it's not and you don't even bother to give me an update on why there's a delay. I've been sending emails to your help desk to follow up and no one is getting back to me. I want my money back please because i don't ever want to do business with you guys.
