Still awaiting mtn usb modem

This is my 3rd complaint relating to the same modem. At my second complaint I received emails from Brian informing me that one will be delivered to my place of work at around 9 july 2013. its now 1 november still waiting.. is going on???

My apologies for the inconvenience however I have tracked the parcel with courier and have been advised that there were slight problems with invoicing out of stock from their side however it was done today and the modem will reach you before closure of business on Monday.
