I'm unable to subscribe for a new plan as the current plan of R49-00 a month was not allowed on my smart tv, been on R49-oo plan with showmax for 3 years now i bought a smart TV it requires me to change my plan to the all-device plan.
I cancelled my previous plan, when i attempt to subscribe for all devices plan it keeps on saying something went wrong try again later, has been 2 days not successful.

Please assist.
