I am one of the most patient guys I know, I have been shopping online for quite a while now, and I do understand having to wait for my shipment. 28 more days is not a problem if well communicated.
Honestly, I bought a deal on Groupon, and even after several times trying to find information on the deal, no one seems to have the answer, they never (not even once) replied to their emails [Email Removed] / [Email Removed] I send my voucher number, and even after I called, they didn't know what went on with my order, and they were supposed to call me back! But never did...
All I need is to know what happened to my order!
