How does Groupon expect to survive in this country when they offer such bad service. Two out of the three times I have bought goods from them I have not received the goods and only after many, many emails, to which I received no reply, and hours of holding on for phone calls - at my cost - did I receive a refund because "the offer has expired". Suppliers, you are losing business. Groupon, I do not care what the offer is - I will not be buying from you again!!
