I've ordered 2 LED floodlights on the 5th of November 2013. I'm still waiting for delivery today 29 Nov.. We've phoned in twice to inquire, because they didn't phone to inform me why the delivery is late, and the last time I was casually informed that it was couriered, but then they realised that the package was damaged. They promised me they would phone back within 48 hours, however, this didn't happen. Big surprise! Keep in mind that I had to phone to get this feedback, they didn't even bother to phone me, because once I've purchased the product, they had their money, and they forgot about me!
